All balances under review plus Consumer Clear’s legal and admin fees must be settled in full.
A registered debt counsellor issues your clearance certificate once all obligations are satisfied.
We submit Form 17.W so the NCR and credit bureaus officially remove the debt review flag.
Your credit reports are checked to confirm the flag has been removed and accounts show as paid-up.
You receive final confirmation that the debt review flag is removed and your profile is restored.
